📋 Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy

The organizing committee reserves the right to reject or reassign any registration if it violates the registration rules or is placed under an incorrect category.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the APICON organizing committee.

Approved refunds will be processed within 45 days after the conclusion of the conference.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 31st August 2026.
