2. Registration is mandatory for all delegates, faculty, and children above 5 years.
3. Badge must be worn at all times in conference area.
4. Preferred payment: Demand Draft (Cheques NOT accepted).
5. Registration is non-transferable.
6. Bring receipt on conference day.
7. Onsite registration: Cash only.
8. Delegate kit only for registered delegate (or authorized person with signed proof).
9. Organizer not responsible for date changes.
10. Organizer not responsible for personal loss/theft.

1. Rooms allocated to sponsoring companies.
2. Allocation based on 5:1 ratio (1 room reserved for Society).
3. Extra rooms for society guests will be chargeable.
4. Non-participating companies can sponsor rooms with extra PC room.
5. Registration is mandatory for booking rooms.
6. 2-night payment must be paid in advance to APICON account.
Children Policy:
– Age 0–5: Free stay (no extra bed), free breakfast
– Age 5–10: Free stay (no extra bed), 50% breakfast
– Age 10+: Charged as adult
Payment:
– 100% advance required
– Bank transfer or demand draft only
– Submit receipt for confirmation
Cancellation:
– Before 31 Aug: 50% refund
– After 1 Sep: No refund

– Branding allocated first-come-first basis
– Logos must be high-quality and approved
– Must follow APICON standards
– Room sponsorship must follow allocation rules
– Custom sponsorship must be documented
– Organizer not responsible for loss/damage
