HIs area of expertise is Anesthesia for Hepatobiliary and Abdominal Organ Transplantation. With almost 50 international publications, he has multiple international presentations and lectures. Dr. Majeed has been an enthusiast for Regional Anaesthesia from his training days; He became interested in Spinal Sonography in 2007 when his job commitment shifted more towards obstetric anaesthesia. He was elected as a RAUK board member, and became part of its teaching faculty in 2011, whereby he had an opportunity to participate in teaching RA and spinal sonography to broader audiences.
